Day-to-day administration is processed in the Financial Department. In addition to the daily activities such as checking, coding and booking invoices, you will perform various auditing and inspection activities.

You will strive to further simplify, improve and unify the processes. You will also be asked to participate in various project teams, for example to integrate acquired companies within the organisation. Thanks to your proactive attitude, you will help to further optimise the reports and show in your work that you have the ambition to grow within finance as quickly as possible.

Job description

As an all-round financial employee you are part of the HaynesPro Finance team. Among other things, you are responsible for the efficient and effective organisation and execution of the financial accounting system. You will work on a daily basis with the financial controller with whom you will form the financial conscience of HaynesPro. You report formally to the Finance Manager of the HaynesPro Professional Business Unit.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Taking care of VAT returns and annual audit
  • Checking, processing and coding purchase and sales invoices
  • Organising and implementing the financial accounting system
  • Preparing periodic reports and providing management information
  • Preparing periodic cash flow reports
  • Applying external laws and regulations and internal guidelines
  • Identifying relevant developments, proposing improvements and advising management

About you

For this position we would like to get in touch with people who are passionate about finance who have completed a business or financial degree at higher professional or university education level

(Accountancy / Business Economics / Finance).
